Billing Options

Employee Cards

  • Employee cards may be requested at time of application, or after account is established.
  • Employee credit limits can be set by the Authorized Officer. By default, the company credit limit is assigned to all cardmembers.
  • Authorized Officer determines whether cardmember has cash access.

  • Credit limit is based on Authorized Officer's Credit Bureau Report and Score, and the Business Credit Report and Score. Credit Reports are not pulled on additional cardmembers.
  • All small business cards offer Joint and Several Liability.

New Applications with credit limits of
$25,001 and up

  • Completed application
  • Two years of complete financial statements (audited preferred) - if their financial statements are older than 4 months, current-year interim financial needed:
    1. Balance Sheet and Income Statement - REQUIRED.
    2. Cash Flow Statements, Tax Returns - PREFERRED.
  • Credit limit is based on Authorized Officer's Credit Bureau Report and Score, and the Business Credit Report and Score. Credit Reports are not pulled on additional cardmembers.
  • All small business cards offer Joint and Several Liability.

2 Reward points can be redeemed as a cash deposit to a checking or savings account or as a statement credit to your credit card account. First purchase bonus points will be applied 6 to 8 weeks after first purchase and are not awarded for balance transfers or cash advances. Monthly net purchase bonus points will be applied each billing cycle.
