Where Community Matters

Our Commitment to Giving Back

At Exchange Bank, we believe that a strong community is built on meaningful relationships, service, and support. Our dedication goes beyond banking—we are actively engaged in making a positive impact where we live and work. Through financial contributions, volunteerism, and partnerships with local organizations, we are committed to strengthening our community and creating opportunities for growth.

Empowering Through Financial Literacy

At Exchange Bank, we believe financial literacy is a vital life skill, which is why we developed the Money Cents Program. This initiative brings seven core financial literacy topics directly into the classroom, where our knowledgeable bank staff and financial experts provide in-person instruction. Covering essentials such as budgeting, credit management, savings, and responsible banking, the program equips students with the knowledge they need to make sound financial decisions. In addition to classroom visits, we also invite students to the bank for interactive field trips, where they get a behind-the-scenes look at banking operations and engage in hands-on learning experiences. By making financial education accessible and engaging, we help prepare the next generation for financial success.
