Getting Started: Excellence Made Simple

Joining Exchange Bank’s Internet Banking is a quick and easy process. If you’re already a customer, here’s how to get started:

  1. Enroll: Visit or call one of our banking specialists to enroll in online banking. They will assist you in activating your account and provide an 11-digit number as your username and a temporary password. After your first login, you’ll have the option to customize both your username and password for added convenience.
  2. Set up: For your security, you'll update your password and set up two-factor authentication. You'll also be prompted to accept the user agreement.
  3. Begin Banking: Once your account is set up, you can immediately start enjoying all the benefits of our Internet Banking platform.



Step by Step Instructions 

Exchange Bank offers a simple and speedy process for setting up Internet Banking. However, if you require additional help, we have provided step-by-step instructions below to guide you through the process.

  • Visit our website: www.exch.bank.
  • Click on the "Login" button.
  • Enter your NetTeller ID (username provided at enrollment) in the "Username" box.
  • Enter the last four digits of your Tax ID or Social Security Number in the "Password" box. Keep in mind that this is the same number you used to open the account. If you opened the account using a business EIN, please provide the last four digits of that number instead of your personal Social Security number.
  • Click "Sign In."
  • For your security, you will need a minimum of 12 characters for your new password. To ensure you meet all of the criteria, click "Show Rules" to view the password requirements.
  • Click "Save."
  • Enter your email address.
  • Enter your mobile number.
  • Select either email or text message to receive your security code.
  • For enhanced security, a security code is required for each login. If you prefer not to receive security codes, you can select the option "Don’t ask for codes again while using this browser."
  • Click "Verify."
  • Accept the "User Agreement" by clicking "Accept."
  • To avoid using the 11-digit ID as your username: on the right-hand side of the webpage, click on the gray circle containing your initials and select "Settings." Choose the "Security" tab under "General" and make your changes.

Common Questions 

We maintain 1.5 years account history in your internet banking. 
If both your loan and deposit account is with Exchange Bank, you can make loan payments under the transfer section of your Internet Banking Portal.

If you are trying to make a payment for an Exchange Bank Loan from another financial institution's deposit account you will need to do so through our Loan Payment Portal.

If you are trying to make a loan payment at another bank with your Exchange Bank deposit account, utilize the Bill Pay feature in your Internet Banking Portal. 
Yes. Visit the ATM/Debit Card tab in your Internet Banking Portal and check the Lost/Stolen and Reorder boxes and click submit. Your card will be cancelled and a new one issued to you. 
We do not recommend using a web browser on a mobile device to access your accounts online. Download our EXCH Mobile App on your smart phone for the best user experience. 
On the Main screen of your Internet Banking Portal, click on the transfer tab and select "new".  You will then be prompted to select which account to transfer from, which account to transfer the funds to, the amount, date and frequency if you wish to set up reoccurring transfers. 

Once you have signed up for Internet Banking, you are eligible to enroll to receive E-Statements. To enroll in E-Statements, click on "Documents" in your account while logged into Internet Banking. You can then "Sign up" and start receiving your statements electronically. To view previous E-Statements, log into your Internet Banking and click on your account, then click "Documents" to access your E-Statements.
